TERMS OF ORDER

  • SUYA ONLY - Order by noon, pick up later same day (Mondays-Fridays)Available Now!
  • $70 minimum for shipping orders
  • Orders placed by 3pm Friday ships out on Monday and orders placed by 3pm Monday will be shipped on Wednesday

Terms of Delivery

1.Local Deliveries (Dallas-Fort Worth & Surrounding Areas):
  • Delivery is available for both individual orders and catering services.
  • Orders must be placed at least 24–48 hours in advance (unless otherwise confirmed).
  • Delivery windows are scheduled in 2-hour blocks, and our team will communicate if delays occur.
  • For taste testing or event orders, specific time slots must be confirmed and agreed upon in writing.

2. Nationwide Shipping (Frozen Products):
  • All frozen suya and perishable items are shipped via USPS or UPS with cold packaging.
  • Orders ship Monday through Wednesday to ensure weekday arrival and avoid weekend delays.
  • A tracking number will be provided upon dispatch.
  • Customers are responsible for entering correct delivery addresses (including unit numbers).
  • Open Grill Dallas is not liable for delays caused by incorrect addresses or carrier issues, though we will work with you to resolve issues when possible.                                                                                                                                                                  

Catering Policy

1. Booking & Deposit:
  • All catering orders must be placed at least 7 days in advance.
  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date. Final payment is due 48 hours before the event.

2. Minimum Order Requirement:
  • We require a minimum catering order of $250.
  • For Full-Service Catering (includes staff, setup, and clean-up), a flat fee of $400 applies in addition to food costs.

3. Taste Testing:
  • Taste testing is available by appointment in Forney, TX.
  • A small fee may apply but will be credited toward your event if you book with us.

4. Changes & Cancellations:
  • Order changes must be made no later than 5 days before the event.

  • Cancellations less than 72 hours in advance will result in forfeiture of the full payment.


5. Delivery & Setup:
  • We offer delivery for a fee based on location.

  • Setup and serving are only available with full-service catering packages.

  • Client must ensure an accessible, clean, and safe location for setup.


6. Food Handling & Leftovers:
  • We prepare all items fresh and ensure proper packaging.
  • After delivery or service, Open Grill Dallas is no longer responsible for food handling or storage.

7. Special Requests & Allergies:
  • Please inform us of any dietary restrictions or allergies at the time of booking.

  • While we do our best to accommodate, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free kitchen.

Return & Refund Policy

1. Perishable Items:
  • Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on food items.
  • However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or spoiled due to our fault, please contact us within *24 hours* of delivery with photos and details.
  • Eligible issues will be resolved via replacement, store credit, or partial refund at our discretion.

2. Non-Perishable Items & Merchandise (if applicable):
  • Must be returned unused and in original condition within 7 days of receipt.
  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.                               

Cancellations & Changes

    1. Catering & Event Orders:
    • Cancellations must be made at least 5 days in advance for a full refund.
    • Cancellations made less than 5 days prior may incur a partial charge for preparation costs.
    • No refunds for cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled event.
    • Date or quantity changes must be communicated at least 3 days in advance.

    2. Regular Orders:
    • Orders canceled within 1 hour of placement may be eligible for a full refund if processing has not started.
    • Once an order has been prepped or shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

Open Grill Dallas uses a shared kitchen space where common allergens like nuts, dairy, and gluten may be present. Please notify us of any food allergies or dietary restrictions at the time of ordering.
