TERMS OF ORDER

- Orders placed by 3pm Friday ships out on Monday and orders placed by 3pm Monday will be shipped on Wednesday

Terms of Delivery
- Delivery is available for both individual orders and catering services.
- Orders must be placed at least 24–48 hours in advance (unless otherwise confirmed).
- Delivery windows are scheduled in 2-hour blocks, and our team will communicate if delays occur.
- For taste testing or event orders, specific time slots must be confirmed and agreed upon in writing.
- All frozen suya and perishable items are shipped via USPS or UPS with cold packaging.
- Orders ship Monday through Wednesday to ensure weekday arrival and avoid weekend delays.
- A tracking number will be provided upon dispatch.
- Customers are responsible for entering correct delivery addresses (including unit numbers).
- Open Grill Dallas is not liable for delays caused by incorrect addresses or carrier issues, though we will work with you to resolve issues when possible.
Catering Policy
- All catering orders must be placed at least 7 days in advance.
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date. Final payment is due 48 hours before the event.
- We require a minimum catering order of $250.
- For Full-Service Catering (includes staff, setup, and clean-up), a flat fee of $400 applies in addition to food costs.
- Taste testing is available by appointment in Forney, TX.
- A small fee may apply but will be credited toward your event if you book with us.
Order changes must be made no later than 5 days before the event.
Cancellations less than 72 hours in advance will result in forfeiture of the full payment.
We offer delivery for a fee based on location.
Setup and serving are only available with full-service catering packages.
Client must ensure an accessible, clean, and safe location for setup.
- We prepare all items fresh and ensure proper packaging.
- After delivery or service, Open Grill Dallas is no longer responsible for food handling or storage.
Please inform us of any dietary restrictions or allergies at the time of booking.
While we do our best to accommodate, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free kitchen.
Return & Refund Policy
- Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on food items.
- However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or spoiled due to our fault, please contact us within *24 hours* of delivery with photos and details.
- Eligible issues will be resolved via replacement, store credit, or partial refund at our discretion.
- Must be returned unused and in original condition within 7 days of receipt.
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
Cancellations & Changes
- Cancellations must be made at least 5 days in advance for a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 5 days prior may incur a partial charge for preparation costs.
- No refunds for cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled event.
- Date or quantity changes must be communicated at least 3 days in advance.
- Orders canceled within 1 hour of placement may be eligible for a full refund if processing has not started.
- Once an order has been prepped or shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
